Order Processing

The majority of the products we supply are “print on demand” products supplied via Printful. Printful create each product to order and ship to our customers. Printful has distribution centers in the US (Charlotte, NC, and Dallas, TX), Mexico (Tijuana), Canada (Toronto), Europe (Barcelona, Spain; Birmingham, UK; and Riga, Latvia), and has partner facilities in Australia, Brazil, and Japan. Orders are automatically routed to the most efficient fulfillment center to minimise delivery times.

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. The overall time will be fulfillment + delivery.

Fulfilment

It can take 2 to 5 days to create the product that has been ordered. This may take longer depending on whether the base product for the order is in stock.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary. Assuming the product is sourced within the same region as the delivery address then estimated delivery once order is fulfilled is 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery Costs

At this time delivery costs are added to orders at checkout. We use Printful base rates to charge for shipping. Rates will be adjusted to reflect the number of items in a single order. If you would like to know more about specific delivery costs then please contact us before you place your order.
